He is a certified practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and has trained thousands of sales teams and individuals across the nation over the past five years. He has worked professionally in sales his entire life at every level from sales person to management to owning his own company.
Eric focuses on teaching sales professionals the skill sets involved with their business rather than just supplying them with motivation. Motivation wears off. Skill sets last. You can never take the skill sets away. After working with motivational speakers for many years, Eric found that the people were enjoying the inspirational speakers but they had very little impact on the end result: sales. Eric is more interested in teaching people the skills involved with achieving their dreams rather than teaching them to dream. Everybody wants more, but it’s something entirely different to become more.
